Candidasa means 10 temples in the Balinese language. You will soon realize that there are more than 10 temples to visit in the region. Do not miss the most famous ones: Besakih Temple, Goa Lawah Bat Cave Temple and Lempuyang Temple.
You can make an additional excursion to discover Tenganan, a traditional Balinese village that is only a few minutes drive from the resort. This region is also known for its lush rice in terraces shapes, steep valleys and spectacular views of Mount Agung, Bali’s sacred volcano.
